1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mop77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the mop77 online betting and gaming platform operated at https://mop77.app and all associated services, products, and features made available thereunder.
• "You" / "Player" / "Member" / "Account Holder" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the mop77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on mop77, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's mop77 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (which are tracked separately as "Bonus Balance").
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds credited to an Account by mop77 under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sports market, or other betting product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process conducted by mop77 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to or use of the mop77 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under mop77's internal policy.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules incorporated herein by reference.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform timestamps, support hours, and promotional deadlines unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the mop77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. mop77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal request or when compliance review is triggered.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under guardianship or with legally restricted capacity are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by mop77 or any of its affiliated game studios, payment processors, or service providers.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of mop77 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. mop77 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any active cooling-off period imposed by mop77's responsible gaming tools.

mop77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time and to suspend your Account pending receipt of satisfactory evidence. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of mop77 services, you must register for an Account by completing the registration form available at the mop77 Login page. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one Account on the mop77 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mop77 will consolidate or close the duplicate Account(s) and may void any associated bonus winnings.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
• You must create a unique password for your Account. Passwords must meet mop77's minimum security requirements as displayed at registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mop77 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• mop77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. mop77 does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an Account.

Upon successful registration, mop77 will send a confirmation to your registered email address. Your Account is activated upon confirmation. You may then proceed to complete KYC verification and make your first deposit.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mop77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all Account Holders prior to the processing of withdrawal requests, and at any other time mop77's compliance team deems it appropriate. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — acceptable documents include a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Indonesian passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document, as directed by the mop77 support team.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account confirming your name matches your mop77 registration details.
• Proof of residential address — for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) showing your Indonesian address.

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 hours in most cases. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion. mop77 handles all identity documents in strict accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period — typically 30 days from the date of request — may result in Account suspension and, where fraud is suspected, forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

5 Deposits

mop77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Local bank transfer — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Danamon.
• E-wallets — OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• QRIS — instant QR code payment via any participating Indonesian bank or e-wallet application.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your mop77 KYC details. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where possible or held pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above certain thresholds may trigger an enhanced KYC review.
• mop77 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your mop77 Balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact mop77 support with your proof of payment.
• mop77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it deems to have been made in breach of these Terms, including deposits originating from fraudulent or stolen payment instruments.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. mop77 operates a same-method withdrawal policy to prevent money-laundering through the Platform.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced review and may be processed in instalments.
• mop77 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next business period.
• Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met. Attempting to withdraw a Bonus Balance before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• mop77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above a defined threshold, or where unusual account activity is detected. These checks may take up to 5 business days.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mop77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal campaigns. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are tracked separately from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement (turnover) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the minimum wagering requirement for any mop77 bonus is 5× (five times) the bonus amount. Higher requirements may apply to specific promotions and will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• mop77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has already been credited, affected players will be notified and any remaining wagering obligation will be waived.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per promotion, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• mop77's compliance team monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bonus winnings generated through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies that exploit the terms of a promotion.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the mop77 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Dragon Tiger, and crash games) are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All wagers placed and accepted by the Platform are final and binding. mop77 will not reverse a wager on the grounds that you changed your mind after placing it, unless an error or technical fault attributable to mop77 can be demonstrated.
• mop77 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a manifest error (including pricing errors, data feed failures, or software glitches). Voided wagers are returned to the player's real-money balance at stake value.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session or live betting event before a result is determined, mop77 will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant product-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be changed by mop77 at any time without prior notice.
• mop77 uses certified random-number generation software for all digital games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio partners including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All game outcomes are independent and not influenced by previous results.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mop77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or drug trafficking.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of contact with mop77.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to place wagers with a known positive expected value arising from the error rather than from genuine skill or luck.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mop77 staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Accounts of other players or any restricted areas of the mop77 Platform through unauthorised means.

10 Suspension & Termination

mop77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct listed in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of fraudulent identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the Account.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring mop77 to restrict or close the Account.

Where an Account is closed for a reason other than breach or fraud, any real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the Account Holder via the original deposit method following completion of applicable verification checks. Where an Account is closed due to breach or suspected fraud, mop77 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where the breach is established, to forfeit the balance in full.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mop77 hereby excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from wagers placed on the Platform, whether arising from game outcomes, sports results, or any other contingency.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Platform downtime, technical faults, data feed errors, or interruptions to service, whether or not caused by circumstances within mop77's control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance you place on information, odds, statistics, or other content displayed on the Platform for any purpose other than placing a wager on the specific market to which the information relates.

Where mop77's liability cannot be excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the wager(s) directly giving rise to the claim, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mop77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

mop77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, mop77 collects personal data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. mop77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification service providers, game studio partners, and regulatory authorities, and only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by mop77, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Please direct such requests to our support team at support@mop77.app.

13 Amendments

mop77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — mop77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address.

Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to reflect new payment methods) may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the mop77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mop77 is licensed and incorporated. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, mop77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
